1. Enrollment Deadline
• Enrollment begins on January 1st 2026.
• Customers that want to enroll in the seasonal basic care package, have until March 1st to obtain membership for the season (March-October).
2. Renewal
• Basic care and premium care membership renews automatically each year unless the customer notifies Mysunwork by October 31st that they do not wish to renew. Because premium members are all year round, they must notify Mysunwork before march 1st that they do not wish to renew their membership. A staff member will reach out ahead of time to all customers about renewals.
3. Payments
• Full payment must be made in order to receive membership for the selected plan.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Membership plans cannot be canceled once signed.
• All membership fees, including upgrade payments are non-refundable once processed.
5. Scheduling
• Service scheduling may shift due to weather or safety conditions.
• Customers will be notified in advance of any rescheduling.
6. Discounts
• Discounts are included in both Basic Care and Premium Care plans.
• Basic Care Plan: 10% off residential electrical work/ EV charger installation.
• Premium Care Plan: 15% off add-on services (critter guard installation, troubleshooting & repairs, snow guard installation). 10% electrical discount from basic care included.
