1. Basic Care Enrollment Deadline

  •    Enrollment for the basic care package  begins on January 1st . 

• Customers can contact us before enrollment begins and join our waiting list and receive a one time 15% discount.

2. Premium Plan year-round Enrollment:

• Customers may enroll at any time and receive a one time %15 discount. Your Premium Membership activates immediately on the date of enrollment and remains active for 12 months. All included services and membership benefits begin right away. Seasonal cleanings from (March–October) will be completed during the applicable months, and your annual renewal date will match your enrollment date.

3. Renewal Information

   •    Basic care plan renews automatically each year unless the customer notifies Mysunwork by October 31st that they do not wish to renew. 

• Because premium members are all year round; premium memberships renews every 12 month from when they enrolled. If premium members do not wish to renew, they must notify  Mysunwork 30 days before renewal date. 
• Renewal will be billed at the current membership rate at the time of renewal.

4. Payments

   •    Full payment must be made in order to receive membership for the selected plan.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

   •    Membership plans cannot be canceled once signed.

   •    All membership fees, including upgrade payments are non-refundable once processed.

6. Scheduling

   •    Service scheduling may shift due to weather or safety conditions.

   •    Customers will be notified in advance of any rescheduling.

7. Discounts

   •    Discounts are included in both Basic Care and Premium Care plans.

   •    Basic Care Plan: 10% off residential electrical work/ EV charger installation.

   •    Premium Care Plan: 15% off add-on services (critter guard installation, troubleshooting & repairs, snow guard installation). 10% electrical discount from basic care included.

Note: Listed pricing will be adjusted at the time of final pricing with CT state tax. 

8. Upgrades

• Customers may upgrade from BASIC CARE to PREMIUM CARE during the season. 
• A credit will be applied for the unused portion of the basic care plan. The balance due for premium care must be paid in full at the time of upgrade. 
• Premium care benefits will begin immediately once payment has been processed.
